Elena Kheifets, Partner of
the Law Office
Elena
Kheifets graduated from legal department of Moscow
State University. She worked in one of the leading
French banks “Paribas” in Paris and in the Board
of Human rights of European Parliament in Strasbourg,
and also in the largest French law office “Gide,
Loyrette, Nouel”.
She is specialist in the sphere of civil (family,
real estate, inheritance), international, corporate
and proprietor law, and also privatization law.
E.Kheifets has an extensive experience in arbitration
and general jurisdiction courts proceedings, including
International Arbitration Court.
She is an active expert of Russian Fund of Legal
Reforms and teacher of the Institute of State and
Law of Russian Academy of Sciences on the course
“Attorney at law in civil and arbitration proceeding”.
